The Trust directly employs two members of staff; the Chief executive, Stephen Cornford, and a part-time assistant. In addition, a full time contract gardener and his team are also employed. The Trust is managed by a board of directors, made up of the following organisations:

  • Fair Street Community Housing Services - Abdulkarim Ali
  • The Greater London Authority (GLA) - Simon Grinter (chair)
  • More London Development Limited - Jill Zekria
  • Shad Thames Residents Association - Jilly Frisch
  • Southwark Council (two representatives) - Peter John and Annie Shepperd
  • Team London Bridge - Nadia Broccardo

Potters Fields Park Management Trust leases the park for events, functions and other activities in order to provide funds for maintenance, and to develop programmes which educate and engage with the community.
