Hiring Potters Fields Park as an Event Venue

If you are interested in hiring the park, please supply the Trust with an outline of the event, and the proposed dates. If the event is suitable and the dates are available, a fee will be agreed and a deposit taken.

There is normally a site meeting during the early stages of the event planning, where any technical issues regarding the event and facilities required (such as electricity, toilets, water etc) can be discussed.

Event Overview - a brief summary of the event and its objectives
Financial Responsibility - details of who will be invoiced
Licensable Activities - The park has a premises license under the 2003 Licensing Act.

Should your event require a temporary structure's license, it is the event organiser's responsibility to obtain this from Southwark Council. Click here for an application form
